The UN-sanctioned coal smuggling vessel the Hua Fu continued its international sailing this week, apparently on course for the Philippines on Thursday.

Previous NK Pro reports have tracked the blacklisted ship, which appears to continue sailing around international waters and ports, despite its designated status.

The Hua Fu’s most recent broadcast on Thursday places it near the Philippine coastline, with a heading that looks to take it near to Manila, though the ship stopped advertising its location as it approached the country.
