South Africa and Turkey both reported shipping petroleum products to North Korea in recent months, their trade figures show, even as UN resolutions call for member states to limit fuel deliveries to the DPRK.

While UN measures do not call for a complete embargo on oil product shipments to North Korea, they do limit exports and place reporting requirements on member states.
