Taking to the podium at the South Korean National Assembly on Wednesday, the President focused almost entirely on the issue of North Korea, laying out a history of the peninsula, strong criticisms of Pyongyang’s human rights record, and a warning that the DPRK should not underestimate the U.S.’s resolve to defend itself and its allies.
