An NK Pro analysis of capital allocation in the country finds that: Individuals provide informal financing in the form of loans (including goods on consignment), cash to fund operations and investment for other individuals, state-owned enterprises and collective farms. Some of this financing is quasi-formal or even formal, existing in the gray or even white markets, while other types are pure black-market operations.
