A major new commercial building linked to an unspecified Singaporean company is nearing completion in the North Korean capital, a new photo obtained by NK Pro reveals.

The picture indicates that outside evidence of construction at the building – which is situated near Tongil street in the south of Pyongyang – appears complete as of June this year.

Previous reporting by an NK Pro analyst who visited Pyongyang in April, however, said there was still work left to be done on the inside of the building, suggesting any opening event could still be months away.
