Figures from the ITC trade map show that Russian exports of fuels tapered off from highs in June, though shipments were still valued at USD$221,000 in the penultimate month of the year. The Russian shipments comprised both light and medium oils and preparations: two categories which include fuels for ships, cars, or aircraft.
