Russia continued to send oil products and fuels to North Korea in November, the country’s export figures show, with reported shipments to the DPRK occasionally surpassing those of neighboring China.

Figures from the ITC trade map show that Russian exports of fuels tapered off from highs in June, though shipments were still valued at USD$221,000 in the penultimate month of the year.

The Russian shipments comprised both light and medium oils and preparations: two categories which include fuels for ships, cars, or aircraft.
