News Russian fuel exports to North Korea remain high in winter monthsMoscow's reported shipments higher than Beijing's in 2018 Russian supplies of oil to the DPRK remained comparatively high in November, though fell when compared to larger exports the previous month, Moscow’s figures provided to the UN show. The most recently updated figures posted on the UN’s 1718 Committee website place Russia’s November oil product exports at 3,377.2 tonnes, down from the previous month’s value of 3,777.7, though still higher than Russia’s average shipments in 2018. The November update brings Russia’s total shipments for the first 11 months of 2018 to 22,258.3 tonnes, a higher number than China reported over the whole of 2018. [p© Korea Risk Group.
