News Russian fuel exports to North Korea increase again in October: ITCShipment is highest in value terms since July last year Russian fuel exports to North Korea rose to their highest levels in value terms for over a year in October, recently updated figures from the ITC trade map show. Oil and fuel exports to the DPRK are currently restricted by UN resolutions, but both China and Russia still report relatively small shipments to North Korea each month. Countries exporting fuel products to North Korea have to report the shipments to the UN 1718 Committee, though Moscow also publishes separate figures of its monthly imports and exports.
