Russia’s shipped over 3700 tonnes of oil products to North Korea in October, according to Moscow’s more recent report to the UN.

Following on from an earlier NK Pro report which highlighted an increase in the trade in value terms, the numbers provided to the UN also indicate a corresponding increase in volume shipped.

The export was nearly double that of the previous month and the second highest since the beginning of the year.
