News Russia continued high oil shipments to North Korea in February: UNThough exports fell below highs seen in the previous months Russian oil product shipments to North Korea remained relatively high in February, data provided to the UN’s 1718 Committee shows, though fell from previous highs in December and January. With oil products under international sanctions, exporters face limits on the quantity of refined oil they can send to the DPRK and must also report the shipments to the UN.
