Several currently or formerly UN sanctioned vessels announced they were sailing through international waters over the last week, moving past South Korea or into Chinese waters.

According to the NK Pro ship tracker, a ship belonging to the infamous DPRK weapons smuggler Ocean Maritime Management (OMM) broadcast its location outside of North Korean waters for the first time in years.
