A high-rise adjacent to the Central Bank of the DPRK is under construction, images recently taken and exclusively acquired by NK Pro show.

“I was told it is a bank, uncorroborated, but the source is usually reliable,” said a long-term resident of Pyongyang, speaking on condition of anonymity.
