A North Korea-linked ship with ties to sanctions-breaking networks arrived at a huge Chinese bulk terminal near Shanghai on Tuesday, satellite imagery and the NK Pro vessel tracker shows.

The case is the second instance in less than a week of a North Korea-affiliated vessel called in a Chinese port which handles goods prohibited for import from the DPRK.

While the ports could also handle bulk cargoes which are not covered by UN resolutions, the 28,500 tonne Harmony Source arrived at a terminal which seems to process both iron and coal.
