The foreign ministry’s website was inaccessible from 8:57 a.m. to 3:52 p.m. KST on July 8, followed by a few five-minute-long outages, according to the web-monitoring service Pingdom. The also experienced disruptions for about one hour in total, from 10:17 to 11:02 p.m. and 11:37 to 11:47 p.m., the previous day.
