A North Korean joint bank is offering a prize lottery draw and organized domestic tours for its wealthiest clients, a brochure obtained by NK Pro has shown.

The Jinmyong Joint Bank provides saving services in foreign currency to DPRK citizens, overseas North Koreans, and foreigners with “overseas accounts in China, Russia, and Singapore’s prestigious credit banks.”

The bank was established in June 2015 based on a “50-year long-term contract with Hong Kong,” a pamphlet for the 13th Pyongyang Autumn International Trade Fair, held between September 25 and 28, reads.
