With the nominee for Unification Minister, Cho Myoung-gyon, announced in mid-June, South Korea’s President Moon Jae-in is wrapping up the long and difficult process of filling the key cabinet positions focused on inter-Korean affairs.
And with many appointees for minister and vice minister positions, particularly at the unification and defense ministries, being veterans of the liberal Roh Moo-hyun administration, it’s easy to see why
