A North Korean vessel arrived in Vietnam’s Hai Phong Port over the weekend, marking a rare occasion of a DPRK-owned ship making stops in countries other than Russia or China.

The ship — called the Sinwon — arrived in the city which is located in Vietnam’s northeast on Saturday, and has held position in the region’s industrial port since, the NK Pro ship tracker shows.
