News Image shows Chinese oil tanker truck at North Korean border crossingTanker could have up to 40,000 liter capacity, specialist says An August 2018-dated photograph obtained by NK Pro shows a relatively large oil tanker truck on the Chinese side of the DPRK’s northeastern border. The photograph taken near one of the Tumen river crossings to the north of the DPRK’s Rason Special Economic Zone appears to show the tanker returning from North Korea.
