Steve Tharp

Steve Tharp is a retired U.S. Army officer and Department of the Army civilian who has served and lived in Korea for 34 years. This includes 4 years as an infantry sergeant and officer serving along the Demilitarized Zone, 6 years negotiating with North Korean and Chinese military officers at the Joint Security Area and 11 years as the U.S. Forces Korea Chief of Strategic Outreach advising USFK Commanders on ROK-USFK relations.
