María de los Ángeles Lasa is a political data scientist currently leading the GFW’s Gender Justice Data Hub. She holds a BA in international relations from the Catholic University of Córdoba (Argentina), a master’s in public policy from the University of Oxford and a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Camerino (Italy). She is part of the Working Group on Korea at the Argentine Council for Foreign Relations (CARI) and serves as academic counselor on North Korean affairs at the Center for the Opening and Development of Latin America (CADAL).
