Diana Y. Myers

Dr. Diana Y. Myers is an expert in North Korean nuclear policy and was formerly a U.S. Air Force Ph.D. fellow at RAND, where she researched North Korean and Chinese nuclear security during crises. She has also served as a Nuclear Risk Reduction Fellow at the Council on Strategic Risks and a 2022 Nuclear Scholar with the CSIS Project on Nuclear Issues, and is currently a strategist for the U.S. Air Force.
