Caroline Kearney is a PhD Candidate in Korean Studies at Yonsei University. She is also a 2024 Next-Gen Korean Peninsula Specialist at the National Committee on American Foreign Folicy (NCAFP) and a 2023-24 U.S.-Asia Grand Strategy Predoctoral Fellow at the University of Southern California’s Korean Studies Institute. Previously, she worked as a Contributing Analyst at NK Pro and Program Manager for the Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies in Cambodia. She has been a member of the National Committee on North Korea since 2015. Caroline has an MA in Global Affairs and worked as a legal assistant for over 5 years.
