China’s reported trade with North Korea in November appeared almost a carbon copy of the previous month, though imports of DPRK goods rose slightly, Beijing’s latest numbers show.

While China no longer reports detailed breakdowns of its international trade, Beijing’s General Administration of Customs still provides monthly updates of its overall statistics in value terms.

The most recent numbers for November indicate that China exported a nearly identical amount of goods to North Korea as in October, with outgoing trade for both months valued at USD$227 million.
