A vessel newly sanctioned by the U.S. but not the UN continues to make use of ports in North Korea and China, according to data from Marine Traffic and the NK News ship tracker.

The Victory 2 was the only ship listed in the updated sanctions from the U.S. Department of Treasury in March that was not also designated by the UN. While many of the vessels have a kept a low profile since their UN designation, the Victory 2 arrived in China’s Rizhao
