One of North Korea’s coal smugglers identified by the UN Panel of Experts (PoE) moved past on the Singaporean coast on its way to Malaysia, even as Washington and Pyongyang prepare for a historic summit in the city-state set for Tuesday.

The PoE previously noted the ship moved coal from the DPRK to Malaysia on March 18 last year and was also suspected of moving the prohibited commodity to Vietnam later in the same year.
