UN Resolution 2371, approved by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) on August 5, gives member states 30 days to implement strict regulations governing the import of numerous DPRK metals and minerals. “All States may allow those shipments to be imported into their territories up to 30 days from the date of adoption of this resolution,” paragraph nine of the resolution reads.
