A North Korean apartment brochure, estimated to be a month old and exclusively acquired by NK Pro, shows how North Korean state-owned construction projects are advertising their products in a push for outside investment.

It is possible that this is the first time such a brochure, which was obtained by a source at a trade fair in-country, has been seen by press.

“This is, so far, the most extensive form of capitalism I have seen from the North,” Dr. Lim Eul-chul, a professor at the University of North Korean Studies told NK Pro.
