North Korea has concentrated its diplomatic efforts on strengthening relations with anti-imperialist countries over the last week. Kim Son Gyong, a vice foreign minister, attended both the 19th Non-Aligned Movement Summit and the 3rd South Summit held in Uganda. While there he met with the presidents of Uganda and Guinea and conveyed greetings from Kim Jong Un, despite Pyongyang recently shuttering its embassies in both these countries.
