At least two Russian construction firms are employing North Korean workers to build housing in Vladivostok, an NK Pro investigation has found, including one controlled by a former regional governor.

The confirmation provides the latest evidence that more DPRK laborers are working in the Russian Far East in violation of U.N. sanctions, while suggesting that Russian authorities have given their blessing to such activity.
