Growing evidence has emerged in recent weeks to suggest that North Korea may have transferred as many as 1,000 containers of military equipment to Russia in support of its ongoing war with Ukraine since early September.

The U.S. mission to the U.N. made the first claims on Oct. 14, with open-source analysts subsequently publishing additional evidence that up to three ships were involved in transporting containers between the DPRK and Russia.
