The websites of the propaganda outlet Naenara and the DPRK Portal went offline between 5:01 and 5:02 a.m. KST Tuesday for 15 and 25 minutes, respectively, the web-monitoring service Pingdom shows. The websites of the DPRK’s foreign ministry and the Korean Central News Agency, as well as the country’s email services, all went offline between 5:02 a.m. and 5:07 a.m. KST for 10-15 minutes each.
