Official North Korea-China trade continued to plummet to new lows in January and February, according to recent data from China’s General Administration of Customs (GAC).

China imported more than $1.48 million worth of North Korean goods in January, with all but $600 spent on electricity. The following month, North Korea exported more than $1.75 million, with electricity again making up more than 99% of the total value for all exports.
