News North Korea is boldly flouting sanctions with ships full of illegal fuelA draft U.N. report suggests that North Korean ships are disguising themselves with greater sophistication North Korea acquired new ships and used increasingly sophisticated tactics to illegally smuggle fuel into the country last year, according to a new and unpublished U.N. report seen by NK Pro. The draft report, written by the U.N. Panel of Experts, also suggests that North Korea illegally exported coal to other countries to make money despite sanctions regulations.
