Russian oil exports to North Korea fell by more than 54 percent from October to November, down to a monthly total of 619 tons, according to new data made public by the UN.

The November 2019 export total is the country’s lowest since July 2018.

It is also more than 81 percent lower than the monthly export total in November 2018.
