China’s grain exports to North Korea fell again in the month of November, according to new data published by Beijing’s General Administration of Customs (GAC).

The monthly export total was valued at more than $4.2 million: a 45 percent drop from last month, and 25 percent lower than November 2018.

China’s grain shipments in November of this year included maize and rice, according to the GAC. The vast majority — more than 89 percent — were rice shipments.
