News Russian oil exports to North Korea drop again in October: UNRussia shipped more than 30,000 tons of refined petroleum to the DPRK between January and October 2019, new UN data show Russian oil exports to North Korea fell by more than 36 percent in October, down to a monthly total of 1,355 tons, according to new data made public by the UN. The October total is about two-thirds lower than the same month last year — down more than 64 percent from October 2018, according to the UN numbers.
