Russian oil product shipments to North Korea in April were valued at $3.3 million, Moscow’s latest trade figures show, increasing slightly over the previous month’s shipments.

The figures, compiled by the ITC Trade Map, also tally with a corresponding increase in the data reported to the UN 1718 Committee and remain higher than reported shipments from Beijing.

While Russia’s exports remained relatively stable, the overall trend since the end of 2017 seems an upward one, with Russia gradually increasing fuel deliveries over time.
