A vessel which Washington suspects is involved in prohibited ship-to-ship transfers has remained in a South Korean port for several months, following Seoul’s seizure of another ship belonging to the same operators.

But NK Pro analysis also indicates the pair of vessels are tied to a previous set of companies and individuals who previously worked with North Korea, helping the DPRK to access South Korean ports and waterways, as reported by NK News in 2014.
