A Hong Kong-based company which the UN Panel of Experts (PoE) alleges is involved with North Korean and designated ships continues to operate vessels that visit South Korea, the NK Pro ship tracker reveals.

The UN group – which monitors UN sanctions enforcement – highlighted the U.S.-sanctioned Liberty Shipping in their most recent report and noted its involvement with vessels using sanctions evasion methods and techniques.
