North Korea has started work to possibly embark on a comprehensive reversal of the dismantlement activity it undertook at the liquid propellant engine (LPE) test stand and at some structures on the launch pad at the Sohae Satellite Launching Center (SSLC) following the June 2018 Singapore Summit between U.S. President Donald J. Trump and Kim Jong Un.

The SSLC site is on North Korea’s west coast and has been associated with major static tests for LPEs involved in the country’s intercontinental-range ballistic missile and intermediate-range ballistic missile development as well as major satellite launches.[/p
