Russian fuel deliveries to North Korea fell in price terms in May, figures from the ITC trade map show, dovetailing with volumes reported to the UN as part of Resolution 2397.

While crude and refined oil exports to North Korea are not fully embargoed, member states must export within set quotas and report any deliveries to the UN’s 1718 Committee.
