News Turkey continues to report kerosene exports to North KoreaThe country's statistics agency stood by the accuracy of the numbers Turkey continued to report shipments of sanctioned oil products – specifically kerosene – to North Korea in May, the ITC Trade map shows. Previous NK Pro reports highlighted how Turkey has been sending small quantities of fuels to the DPRK since January. The exports are mainly kerosene though also included gasoline in April. While most oil product shipments to North Korea are subject to quotas and reporting requirements, kerosene is flatly prohibited as it could be used to fuel North Korean jets or rockets.
