News Sanctioned North Korean oil tanker returns to ChinaThe visit is only the second advertised port arrival in six weeks A sanctioned North Korean oil tanker returned to China’s Dalian port on Wednesday, the first visit by a DPRK tanker to a foreign port since a similar last journey six weeks ago, the NK Pro ship tracker shows. As happened last month, the Ku Bong Ryong did not broadcast its starting location and did not dock at a part of Dalian port that appears equipped to handle oil deliveries, instead heading to the port’s container loading facilities.
