A United Nations Panel of Experts (PoE) tasked with monitoring North Korean sanctions evasion and implementation has detailed North Korea’s ongoing illicit revenue-generating activities across a slew of countries in Africa.

The leaked report, seen by NK Pro, reveals new developments in existing investigations as well as new information on the illicit economic activities employed by Pyongyang in an effort continue to use historical ties to circumvent economic measures imposed in response to the country’s ongoing development of WMDs.
