Russia exported only small amounts of fuel products to North Korea in the first five months of the year, data from the ITC Trade database shows, as shipments came under scrutiny from the U.S. Department of Justice.

According to ITC, which draws its figures from UN Comtrade or directly from countries themselves, shipments of fuel from Russia to the DPRK equaled USD$2.2 million from January to May this year.
