Panama may be in breach of the most recent UN resolution on North Korea, continuing to offer vessel registration services to ships with clear ties to Pyongyang, NK Pro can reveal.

UN Resolution 2321, which was approved in November last year, took the strongest stance yet on limiting several aspects of the DPRK’s less-than-reputable maritime practices.
