A North Korean cargo vessel entered a Chinese coal facility on Tuesday, ship location data and satellite imagery show, despite claims from Beijing that it had suspended all trade of the sanctioned mineral.

The 3900-tonne An Ning broadcast its location near the Jingtang port on Monday, with its next broadcast at 10.12 am local time showing the vessel docked at a pier that handles coal.
