A Chinese company has reached a deal to import Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) from North Korea’s Pongwha Chemical Refinery, according to an announcement from authorities in Dandong published in February.

The notice, first spotted by Victor Cha at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), details how a Dandong-based company signed an agreement to import the oil product from North Korea, and indicates they have even built facilities to do so.
