One of the vessels on the UN’s blacklist was deregistered from the Houston, Texas-based Palau shipping registry and has changed flag to North Korea, analysis of various maritime databases shows.

The 24,000 ton South Hill 5 was among 27 vessels added to a UN blacklist in March, and one of nine sailing with a non-DPRK flag. Resolution 2270 bans shipping registries from providing services to sanctioned or North Korea vessels.
