The investor behind a new department store linked to a previously unspecified Singaporean company was identified by a North Korean tour guide in July, confirming what a separate source previously said to NK Pro about their identity.

And notably, the company mentioned appears to be physically located in a position just minutes from two well known North Korean entities in Singapore.
